GTA 6 preload opens at local midnight on 12 November 2026, a week before launch on 19 November. Rockstar has not published the download size, so clear or add at least 150GB to be safe. The preload can go to the console's own storage or an M.2 SSD, not to a USB drive. Boxed copies contain a download code, so they preload the same way.
PS5 requirements as published in Sony's M.2 SSD support page. Prices from Amazon.co.uk.
